  Diabetes Pharmacist Consulting in MA

  Hi all!

  Happy to be here and hopefully connect with some MA folks. I am currently working as a clinical ambulatory care pharmacist and CDCES within a diabetes clinic in MA. Part of my job is health coaching, lifestyle/nutrition counseling, and CGM data review/interpretation for our diabetic patients. With the expansion of OTC CGM coming soon (Dexcom Stello) and CGM insurance coverage increasing for many patient populations, I am looking to consider launching my own consulting practice in the future with CGM review and lifestyle counseling/coaching. It seems there are some limitations with MA state law around pharmacists operating in this capacity outside of collaborative practice, but I wanted to see if anyone knows of others doing this type of model in MA?
