  Legal Scope of practice and certification

  Hi everyone, I just joined the alliance and am interested in how others approach scope of practice and legal issues. I have been practicing functional medicine for 9 years informally and have recently formed a company, Healthspan Dynamics LLC, in order to begin formally practicing. I have accounts with Rupa, Fullcsript and am a member of IFM. I want to be sure I am in compliance with all state and federal laws. Any advice and guidance is appreciated. Also, I am interested in a certification that gives the most bang for the buck and would appreciate input on that issue also. Thanks in advance! Mark
